購入商品確認 Confirmation of purchased items
商品の在庫と出荷のタイミングにつきまして Regarding product availability and shipping timing
出荷のタイミングは原則としてご注文のご入金が確認された日から3営業日内（出荷日は毎週 火・金・日）となりますが、京都店に在庫のある商品の場合は、翌営業日以降の出荷となります。
また、大型商品は準備にお時間をいただいております。
実店舗・ネットショップと同時販売しているため、タイミングによっては商品が完売している場合がございます。恐れ入りますが、その場合は、ご注文のキャンセルとご返金処理をさせていただきます。 All items sold on our online store are available at our Kyoto and Tokyo stores.
The timing of shipment depends on the inventory control location. Basically, we ship within 3 days after your order is placed.
Items in stock at the Kyoto store will be shipped the following weekend.
Also, please note that large items take time to prepare.
Also, please understand that some items may be sold out at the store depending on the timing of your purchase. (For products that are sold out, we will immediately cancel your order and process a refund.)
お支払い方法の種類と注意点 Orders from outside Japan
● クレジット決済
クレジット決済でお支払いいただける上限は20万円未満となります。恐れ入りますが、20万円以上のご購入の際はお振込などをご利用ください。
● 銀行振込（バーチャル口座）
こちらは「GMOあおぞらネット銀行」が作成したお客様のご注文専用の口座番号をご案内し、そこにお振込いただく方法です。振込手数料はお客様ご負担でお願いいたします。入金の反映に1日ほど掛かります。
● コンビニ支払い
コンビニ支払いはファミリーマート、ローソンその他（ミニストップ、セイコーマート）のいずれかでお支払いいただけます。手数料は300円となります。
● 代金引換
代金引換は日本郵便のゆうパックを利用するため、下記の通りご購入金額によって手数料が変動します。

・1万円未満：手数料 1300円
・1万円以上：手数料 650円
・3万円以上：手数料 無料
※ 代引きは郵便局での保管期限が1週間となっており、不在配達表等が入っていた場合にお客様から郵便局にご連絡をいただけないと、保管期限切れにて返送されてしまい、お届けすることができません。その場合、再送させていただきますが、2回目の配送料は実費を請求させていただくことになります。恐れ入りますが、ご注意ください。
また、配送方法によって代引きが利用できない場合がございます（主に大型楽器となります）。
